HUANG Liang, born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in 1980, holds a Doctor of Laws degree issued by Southwest University of Political Science and Law, is an associate professor of Southwest Jiaotong University School of Public Affairs & Law Department of Law. Research field: economic law. Main courses: economic law, commercial law. He has published five articles in CSSCI journals and several articles in other Core journals; published a bookOn the Legal System of Financial Association(China Financial Publishing House, co-author); participated in one national project and two provincial and ministerial projects; won the third prize of Sichuan Philosophy and Social Sciences Awards once.
